Before you buy anything

What is this work costing you now?

We would rather you did this arithmetic before a sales call than after. Put in your own numbers — we have not pre-filled anything with a savings figure, because we cannot audit your business and will not pretend otherwise.

1 · Which jobs eat the time

Start from a tier

These fill in the agent mix each tier includes — the hours are still yours to set. Starter is any two from the list, so swap them for whichever two are actually eating your week.

/ hour

Wage plus payroll tax, insurance and overhead — not just the wage. Most owners underestimate this by a third.

This one is yours to set, deliberately. Agents remove the preparation, not the judgment — someone still reads and approves. We have started you at 70% because that is roughly what removing prep looks like, but it is an estimate, not a promise, and you know your business better than we do.

What this does not do. It does not include your setup fee savings, tax treatment, or what you do with the hours you get back — that is the part that actually pays, and it depends entirely on whether you sell more or work less. It assumes a 52-week year with no seasonality. It does not model the run allowance for your specific agents; if your jobs run daily rather than weekly, overage may apply and we would tell you that on the call rather than let you find it on an invoice.

What it also does not count, because it has no dollar figure. The people you already have and intend to keep get stronger. It is the same person, spending their day on the part of the job that needs judgment instead of the part that needs stamina. That shows up as work-life balance and as culture, and neither of those fits in a spreadsheet.

It is also coverage. When someone is out — sick, on leave, or dealing with something at home — the work does not stop dead waiting for them. An agent that already does the preparation is a bridge across that gap rather than a scramble to backfill it. None of that appears in the arithmetic above, and it is often the reason a marginal calculation is still worth doing.

We do not publish a savings percentage anywhere on this site and this calculator does not invent one. Every number above came from you.
