Separate offering
Lead generation, gated on measurement.
We will decline to sell you lead generation if we cannot measure whether it worked.
Why it needs the connected tier
Attribution requires a money record. Operations is the first tier that can measure whether work came from anywhere, so it is the first that can carry lead generation. That is a sequencing rule, not an upsell.
What we build
A separate engagement, quoted on its own, built around one industry's trigger data, creative and economics. It is also the one thing here we will decline to sell you if we cannot measure the outcome.
Demand generation costs real money in print, postage and data. If nobody can see the deposit land, "it is working" becomes an argument instead of a number, and you are the one paying for the argument.
Approach one — they do not have one yet
Screen for properties that qualify but lack what you sell, render it against their actual site, and put it in front of the owner.
Approach two — they have one and it is aging
Public records establish the age of what they already own, so the offer arrives when replacement is genuinely due.
Approach three — commercial and institutional
Permit pulls and project signals surface municipal, education and commercial work early enough to bid it.
Companies we build this for
Pools & spas · Roofing · HVAC · Remodeling · Decks & hardscape · Concrete · Fencing · Landscape · Solar
Mail costs the same per piece whatever you sell, so ticket size decides whether the arithmetic works at all. If your industry is a poor fit we say so in the walkthrough, not after you have paid for a batch.
Why this one is strict
Reconciliation can wait a month. Attribution cannot. Every lead carries a source stamped at creation that cannot be edited afterward, "booked" means a deposit was received, the attribution window is agreed in writing, and word-of-mouth work is excluded from any lift figure we report. If a lead source could be changed after the fact, no number the system reported would be worth anything.
